HIRING: WFM TEAM LEAD – TRAVEL ACCOUNT

Site: Alabang

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: To be discussed during HM Interview

Salary: PHP 40,000 package

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years experience as a WFM Team Lead — non-negotiable

• Strong experience in Workforce Management

• Contact center/BPO WFM or operations experience

• Leadership experience in coaching and developing team members

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, staffing, and WFM metrics

• Familiarity with AHT, ASA, FCR, occupancy, adherence, shrinkage, and service levels

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in written and spoken English

Role: WFM Team Lead — oversees workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, performance monitoring, and WFM team leadership for a Travel account.
