We are actively hiring Customer Service Representatives for various international campaigns, including Retail, Telecommunications, Airline, and Healthcare accounts. We are looking for professionals who can provide exceptional customer support while maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Primary Duties:

Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound channels.
Resolve account concerns and service-related issues.
Process reservations, orders, appointments, payments, and account updates.
Provide product, billing, technical, and service information.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Achieve performance metrics and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

High School or Senior High School graduate.
Excellent English communication.
Customer service experience preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills.
Flexible schedule availability.
