BPO Voice Agent - Cognizant Taguig

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Voice Agents for Cognizant Taguig! This is a great opportunity for candidates with 6 to 17 months of BPO experience who are looking to grow their career with a leading company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries

- Follow standard processes and meet quality standards

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Achieve performance metrics and team targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 6 months to 17 months BPO experience required (voice account)

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig

- Amenable to shifting schedules

- Can start ASAP
