The Supervisor of Workforce Management (WFM) is responsible for leading a team of employees who are responsible for planning, forecasting, scheduling and real time resource management of in-center and remote advisors.
Qualifications:
“Bachelor’s Degree holder
Must have at least 7 years of work experience in Workforce Management
Must have at least 3 year experience as Workforce Management Team Lead
Capacity Planning and Forecasting experiences are required
