Salary - PHP 45,000 - PHP 65,000 Basic Salary

3,600 Optum Allowance (+PHP 1400 Transporation Allowance for Makati and Taguig Hire) + PHP 15,000 USRN Allowance

Work Setup/Shift Schedule - Night Shift; Observes US Holidays; Hybrid

Site - QC; Taguig; Makati; Muntinlupa; Cebu

Hiring Process - HRI > Domain (L2 Domain if necessary)

Skillsets Required/Qualifications:

• Available to start ASAP

• Active mainland USRN Licensed with minimum of 2 years’ experience in ER/Med-Surg/Critical Care Units or at least 1.5 years of experience in claims clinical reviews’

• Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them

• Ability to serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues

• Ability to solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions

• Ability to perform complex conceptual analyses

• Ability to review work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement

• Ability to forecast and plan resource requirements

• Ability to authorize deviations from standards

• Ability to lead functional or segment teams or projects

• Ability to provide explanations and information to others on the most complex issues

• Ability to motivate and inspire other team members

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviews the work of others

• Develops innovative approaches

• Sought out as expert

• Serves as a leader/ mentor
