Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate high-level business requirements into effective and scalable technology solutions.

The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology capabilities. The successful candidate will support organizational transformation, develop business cases, contribute to strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Architecture & Process Optimization

Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities that enhance business value and operational efficiency.
Analyze business operations and recommend improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
Apply business process modeling and enterprise architecture principles to support business transformation.
Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and potential solutions.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement across business processes.

SAP IBP & Solution Development

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Apply SAP IBP expertise to support business requirements and strategic initiatives.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective technology solutions.
Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, enterprise standards, and technology capabilities.
Contribute to solution discussions and key technical and business decisions.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities.
Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure cohesive progress across initiatives.
Provide solutions to complex problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Business Case & Transformation Support

Develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Assist in evaluating business opportunities, expected value, and potential improvements.
Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Help ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned with business objectives and technology capabilities.
Contribute to planning and execution of business transformation activities.

Team Leadership & SME Responsibilities

Act as an SME and provide functional and technical guidance to team members.
Collaborate with and support the team to achieve business and project objectives.
Take responsibility for team-level decisions within the assigned area.
Mentor team members to encourage professional development and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Expert-level proficiency in SAP IBP.
Strong understanding of business process modeling.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience analyzing and optimizing business operations.
Experience developing business cases and supporting change management initiatives.
Ability to work across multiple teams and contribute to key business and technology decisions.
