Job Title : Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP LE Transportation. The role involves evaluating existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into effective business solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams, support transformation initiatives, develop business cases, and contribute to the successful implementation of strategic projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP LE Transportation.
Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure effective performance and delivery.
Take responsibility for team-level decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.
Mentor team members to support professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to enhance business value.
Gather and understand high-level business requirements from stakeholders.
Design and implement business solutions integrating with SAP transportation modules.
Support business transformation initiatives through process modeling and business case development.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

Expert proficiency in SAP LE Transportation.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes within transportation management.
Experience designing and implementing business solutions integrated with SAP transportation modules.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
