Job Title: Business Development Manager (African National)

Job Type: Full time

Shift Timings: UK / Mid Shifts

Work Location: Johannesburg.

Salary: 800k rands.

Key Purpose

This is a pivotal role for developing new businesses in the African market for the BPO vertical of Allsec Tech for the HR / Payroll services vertical. The role requires an excellent understanding of the HR / Payroll Services / Outsourced Payrolls in the African regions.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in Human Resource / Accounting / IT / Computer Science with mininum 5 years experience in business developement & sales for HR / Payroll services across African regions.

Job Description

• This position will expect a fair knowledge of the HR/Payroll In outsourced Market in South Africa

• The position is expected to have a high level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements.

• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain.

• Understand Competition in Africa Region for HR/Payroll services – Outsourced Payroll

• Map HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country

• To market and sell Allsec HR Payroll Services

• Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Management.

• Maintain business relationships with existing clients.

Job Requirement

• Handson experience in selling HRMS / Payroll Services in South Africa

• Tech savvy and is computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft apps and databases

• With excellent analytical skills and has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• A go getter, a self-starter.
