THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are hiring Call Center Agents for our Healthcare Account at Sagility Iloilo!

If you have BPO experience and strong customer service skills, this is your chance to join a leading healthcare BPO and grow your career.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Open to College Graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience OR

Completed at least 2 years in college with 72 units plus 12 months of work experience in any industry

Strong customer service orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Willing to work onsite in Iloilo
