*Job Description:*

Premium pay for Cantonese speakers! Earn up to PHP 130K! We are hiring 21 Cantonese Bilingual Representatives to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email. Provide bilingual support in English and Cantonese while delivering excellent customer experience.

*Qualifications:*

- With or without BPO experience - Fresh grads welcome to apply!

- Fluent in Cantonese: Able to speak fluently and spontaneously, use language effectively in a professional setting, and understand complex conversations including implied meanings

- Working knowledge of English required (training and systems are in English)

- Collections experience and knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required

- Open to Filipino and Non-Filipino nationals - Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with valid working Visa (Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants)

- Can start ASAP

- Handle customer interactions professionally in English and Cantonese via phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, and product information

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and deliver positive customer experience

- Accurately document interactions and meet quality, productivity, and CSAT goals
