Your Role:
Handle finance-related customer inquiries and concerns
Provide excellent customer service and support
Assist with account management and transaction-related issues
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
Achieve performance targets and quality standards
Who were looking for:
Education: At least Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO voice experience required
Communication: Good English communication skills
Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
Schedule: Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
