Role: Telco Voice Account

Location: Cebu City - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 Package

Work Setup: Onsite

Your Role:

Handle telecommunications customer inquiries via voice channel

Provide troubleshooting and account support

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Achieve KPIs and quality targets

Who were looking for:

Education: At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required

Communication: Strong communication skills in English

Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Schedule: Can work on a shifting schedule and start ASAP
