Job Description
We are seeking Chat Support Representatives to provide timely and accurate assistance through live chat. The role requires strong written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience
Excellent written English communication skills
Good multitasking and typing skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
