We're urgently looking for an experienced TEAM LEADER – UK FINANCIAL COLLECTIONS to join an established financial services operation in Quezon City.

POSITION: Team Leader – UK Financial Collections

LOCATION: Eton Centris, Quezon City

WORK SETUP: 100% Onsite

SHIFT: Shifting schedules aligned with UK time

COMPENSATION: Up to 30% salary increase from your last drawn salary + ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience

START DATE: ASAP

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We are specifically looking for candidates with relevant banking/financial collections experience and team-handling exposure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree holders and college undergraduates are welcome.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in Collections Operations, with Team Handling Exposure.

International Collections Exposure: Experience handling UK, US, or Australian Banking/Financial Collections.

Banking & Collections Knowledge: Sound understanding of banking operations, collections processes, and collection bucket flows.

Team Management: Experience managing collections teams and monitoring team performance.

Reporting & Analytics: Familiarity with collections data, operational reports, performance tracking, and related metrics.

Banking Knowledge: Understanding of banking terminologies, collection guidelines, and applicable laws.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Employment Stability: Candidates must demonstrate reasonable employment stability. Frequent job hopping is not preferred.
