Urgent Hiring: Company Nurse (Night Shift)

Cebu City, Philippines

Salary Range: 18,000 - 20,000 PHP

Location: Onsite at Filinvest Cyberzon IT Park, Cebu City. (Night Shift with Flexible Scheduling)

Job Description:

Are you a skilled and compassionate nurse looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our team as a Company Nurse and provide essential medical care to our employees. In this role, you will:

Offer medical services, including medication dispensing, to our valued employees.

Conduct physical examinations, provide first aid, and administer routine treatments.

Administer immediate first aid and assess employees' overall health when required.

Provide necessary first aid procedures and treatment to injured employees.

Dispense first aid medicines during emergencies.

Play a key role in evaluating pre-employment examinations.

Provide clerical support to various HRD functions.

Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you need to meet the following qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate.

Professional License as a Registered Nurse.

Proficiency in various computer applications, especially MS Office.

Above-average verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Good interpersonal skills and effective time management.

Efficient telephone handling skills.

Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, structured call center environment.

At least 1 year of previous relevant experience is an advantage.

Willingness to work flexible hours on a rotating schedule (morning and night shifts). Note that schedules change every quarter.
