- Meet KPIs, quality metrics, and CSAT targets

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate / College Undergraduate / College Graduate accepted

- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience required - voice or non-voice

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro

- Can start ASAP
