Concentrix Cagayan de Oro is expanding and urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives. If you have at least 6 months BPO experience, we want you on our team.

*Job Description:*

We are looking for customer service-oriented individuals to handle inbound customer inquiries and deliver outstanding customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice and non-voice support channels

- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer concerns efficiently

- Deliver outstanding customer experience with professionalism and empathy

- Document customer interactions accurately and follow standard procedures

- Achieve performance metrics for quality and customer satisfaction

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO / Call Center work experience is required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City

- Willing to work on shifting / flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
