Overview:

Concentrix Cagayan de Oro is expanding! We are looking for Customer Service Reps with at least 6 months BPO experience. HS and SHS grads are welcome - join the world's leading CX company!

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels

- Provide excellent customer support and resolve concerns efficiently

- Deliver outstanding customer experience with professionalism

Qualifications:

- At least High School or Senior High School Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO / call center work experience is REQUIRED

- Good to excellent English comms skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City

- Can work on flexible schedules
