*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via voice and provide excellent customer service

- Provide technical support assistance and troubleshoot basic concerns

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

- Document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- 18 years old and above

- At least Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate

- No BPO experience required - fresh graduates and first-timers are highly encouraged

- Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City on shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
