Concentrix Taguig is hiring for our Customer Engagement - Blended Non-Voice account! If you have at least 1 year BPO experience and prefer chat & email over calls, this is for you - Earn up to ₱24K package!

*Job Description:*

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat channels. Provide excellent customer engagement and resolve concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support channels

- Provide excellent customer service and engagement

- Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores

- Document interactions properly and follow standard procedures

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate

- At least 1 year BPO experience required

- Good to excellent English communication skills, especially in written

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
