Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries via email and chat channels. Provide excellent customer engagement and resolve concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat support
- Provide excellent customer service and engagement
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- At least 1 year BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Amenable to shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
