Gratitude Inc. is a leading professional HR Tech Recruitment firm specializing in recruiting permanent, contract, and temporary positions for the world's top companies. Our base is in India, Philippines, Malaysia, Kenya, Nigeria, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and USA for now. We are a Direct Sourcing Partner Company of the different top BPOs offshore and onshore.
Our company is using our very own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that is called Myglit.com to create a smooth recruitment process in the team.
We are currently looking for Corporate Recruiters who has good experience in sourcing and headhunting potential candidates for our BPO Partners in Philippines and Malaysia.
WORK SET-UP: Work from home
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
SALARY: 20K all-in
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With proven 6 months to 1 year relevant experience in Recruitment from a Recruitment firm or BPO industry
- With experience in support and executive level hiring
- Amenable to work remotely, with a stable internet connection and laptop/computer desktop
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management Software
- Familiarity with social networks such as LinkedIn and other professional sites, and resume databases
- Willing to work under targets
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Average communication skills
- A team player and can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work with monthly targets
- Can start immediately
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for handling IT and non IT recruitment for clients in Philippines and Malaysia
- Source candidates by referring to our company job boards requirement
- Understand the job requirements for each position
- Source potential candidates on LinkedIn and other sites
- Create job postings that are professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates
- Pre-screening, shortlisting, uploading applicant CVs in the ATS and close communication with the applicants all throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
- Ensure all candidate endorsed has a good resume, complete details needed and as per client’s preference
- Close coordination with CV Reviewers for candidate status updates
- Set personal goals
- Meet and exceed the target of selected and endorsed resumes per month
