Hiring: CRM Lead

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 Days Onsite, Remaining Day(s) Work From Home)
Work Shift: Night Shift / Graveyard Shift
Experience: 5+ Years
Start Date: TBD

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.

  • Analyze business requirements and define functional specifications with client stakeholders.

  • Deliver software enhancements, defect fixes, minor projects, and integrations within the CRM platform.

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 based on business needs.

  • Design and implement scalable, user-centric CRM solutions.

  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.

  • Lead and mentor development teams while coordinating with offshore teams.

  • Participate in Agile development processes and deliver projects within timelines.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 configuration and customization.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.

  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SOA architecture.

  • Strong programming skills in C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

  • Experience with Azure tools and technologies.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.

  • Good understanding of SSRS, CRM reporting, and Dynamics CRM integrations.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience leading development teams and working with offshore teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CE certification.

  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC.

  • Knowledge of XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, MVC, and web services.
