*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

Teleperformance Aura is hiring for our GenMod (Content Moderation) Account. Non-voice account ideal for fresh grads and career shifters!

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Review and moderate content per company policies & guidelines

- Ensure a safe and positive online environment for users

- Meet quality and productivity targets

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- College graduate of any 4-year course (with or without diploma)

- No BPO / Call Center exp required - fresh grads welcome

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City

- Can start ASAP

- Amenable to shifting schedules
