WNS Iloilo City is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Insurance Account. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and career shifters with no BPO experience. *Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle insurance-related inquiries via voice / non-voice channels

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

- Resolve customer concerns accurately, professionally, and within TAT

- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

- Document interactions and follow prescribed processes

*Qualifications:*

- At least Senior High School Graduate / Completed at least 2nd Year College / College Graduate - No BPO experience required

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City

- Willing to work on shifting / rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays
