*About The Role:*

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Life Insurance / Healthcare Account. Great opportunity for SHS Graduates, Nursing, and Medical Allied backgrounds. Apply now and earn up to PHP 34K.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide support for Life Insurance / Healthcare Account

- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner

- Assist with insurance and healthcare-related concerns

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSAT

*Qualifications:*

*A. Non-Nursing - Up to PHP 23K Package:*

- SHS Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college (72 units)

- At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

*B. Nursing - Up to PHP 34K Package:*

- BS Nursing Graduate or at least 3rd Year Undergraduate

- With or without BPO experience - fresh graduates are welcome

*C. Medical Allied - Competitive Package:*

- Any Medical Allied Course - at least 3rd Year Undergraduate or Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO voice experience required

*General Requirements:*

- Good to excellent communication skills

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
