Teleperformance Molino is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account. No BPO experience required - We provide paid training!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to retail products and services

- Assist customers with orders, product information, returns, and general concerns

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Document customer interactions and follow standard processes

- Meet quality and performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- No BPO / Call Center Experience Required - Open to First-Timers & Career Shifters!

- At Least High School Graduate / SHS Graduate / ALS Graduate

- Good English Communication Skills

- Willing to work Onsite in Molino, Cavite

- Willing to work on Shifting Schedule, including weekends and holidays
