Customer Support - Thai Speaker - WFH Setup - Up to PHP 110K + Benefits - No BPO Exp Required

Salary: Up to PHP 110,027 plus PHP 20,000 Sign-On Bonus plus Incentives

Setup: WFH - Shifting / Night Shift - Full-Time

We are hiring 20 Thai Speaking Agents for a premium WFH opportunity. High pay for Thai language skills. No BPO experience required.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries in Thai and English via phone, chat, and email

Assist with account, billing, and service-related requests

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently

Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality targets

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Fluent in Thai, spoken and written, required

Good to excellent English communication skills

With or without BPO experience, fresh graduates welcome

Collections / O2C experience is a plus but not required

Must be eligible to work in the Philippines, valid work visa / TRV / ACR accepted

Willing to work shifting / night shift schedule in WFH setup

Can start ASAP
