What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client's customers.
- Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
- Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
- At least Senior High School or College level
- With at least 1 year BPO phone/voice experience
- Must have technical support experience
- Preferably with email and chat experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City , Antipolo , taguig, alabang , cubao, makati, cebu, iloilo, bacolod , moa, baguio, batangas , quezon city
