*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

Join Transcom Pasig's premium US Electronics Voice Account. We are urgently hiring 50 CSRs!

*COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN - Up to Php 24,800:*

- Basic Pay: Php 18,500

- Allowance: Php 2,800

- Performance Incentives: Php 2,500 - 3,500

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

- Handle inbound inquiries for US electronics products and services

- Provide accurate info and resolve concerns efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction

- Meet quality and performance targets

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- At least 6 months BPO experience (voice or non-voice)

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City - shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
