Position: Gaming Customer Support Representative
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist players with account recovery and technical issues
• Respond to in-game concerns and billing questions
• Provide chat and email support
• Ensure positive gaming experience for users
Qualifications:
• HS/SHS graduate
• Familiar with online/mobile games
• Good typing and communication skills
• Amenable to shifting schedules
