Position: Collections Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances

• Assist clients with payment arrangements

• Explain billing details and account status

• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate

• Good communication skills

• Can work under pressure

• Willing to work shifting schedules
