QUALIFICATIONS
At least 6 Months BPO Experience
Strong Communication Skills
Professional and Conversational English

Technical Support Experience
Knowledge of HIPAA or Healthcare Accounts

• Provide technical support to healthcare providers
• Troubleshoot platform and database connection issues
• Help medical practices manage appointment scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer experience and first-contact resolution
