A Customer Service is expected to:

TELEMARKETING

Working on various telemarketing campaigns and calling prospective students

Contact individuals/businesses by telephone to promote programs

Explain programs and eligibility requirements to potential clients nationally

Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customers

Provide pricing details (where prospective participant does not meet eligibility requirements)

Handle customer questions

Obtain customer information including names and addresses

SALES

Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, email, sending marketing material and information as required

Deliver accurate and compliant information, regarding courses and eligibility

Ensure all students' registration-funded training meets the eligibility requirements and is compliant and error free

Adjust sales script to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals

Overcoming objections by promoting the advantages of the program and its courses

Maintain professional, positive and productive relationships with internal and external associates and clients

What it takes to be part of our team:

Tertiary qualification in education and/or business management /marketing/sales

3 years above Customer Service experience handling International Accounts

Experience working as an SME or Team Leader is an advantage

Strong relationship-building skills with major customers, clients and government agencies

Outstanding communication, negotiation and consultation skills

Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs
