We are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Collections Account team. In this role, you will assist customers with outstanding account balances, payment arrangements, billing concerns, and account-related inquiries while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, capable of handling sensitive conversations while delivering excellent customer service. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and continuous support to excel in the role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of BPO experience is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle confidential customer information with professionalism

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work on shifting schedules

• Must be willing to work onsite within Metro Manila
