Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction. This role involves active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide information about products and services
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Document interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Willingness to work in shifts
Knowledge of CRM systems is a bonus
