We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.

Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies.

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and procedures.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Follow company guidelines and policies when handling customer interactions.
