Open Positions:

B2B Sales Specialist
College Graduate
At least 2 years of B2B sales or support experience
CRM experience is an advantage

Retention Specialist
College Graduate
At least 2 years of experience in Renewals, Retention, or Inside Sales
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Tech Customer Success Specialist
College Graduate
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Customer Success principles, SaaS business models, and Customer Success platforms
Strong customer service skills

General Requirements:
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
