Location: Cagayan de Oro/Davao
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers of a Telco company. This includes assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer concerns. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 months of call center experience and be a high school or Senior High School graduate. This position requires working on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Telco customers
- Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least 3 months of call center experience
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on-site
- Knowledge of Telco products and services is a plus
Salary:
Up to 21k Package
