Job Overview

We are looking for a Scheduler (Workforce Scheduler) who will be responsible for creating and managing effective employee schedules aligned with staffing requirements and forecasted demand. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in Workforce Management (WFM) scheduling within a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasted staffing requirements.

• Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and schedule updates.

• Ensure optimal staffing coverage while supporting cost efficiency.

• Coordinate closely with Operations and Workforce Management teams.

• Monitor staffing requirements and make scheduling adjustments as needed.

• Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports.

• Support workforce planning activities through effective schedule management.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in WFM Scheduling, preferably in a BPO setting.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work onsite and in a shifting schedule.
