Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist with banking-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Open to all educational backgrounds (High School, Senior High School, and College Graduates)
At least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience REQUIRED
Excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Willing to work on-site
