Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Salary Package: Up to 30,000 PHP
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist with experience in the airline industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed at least one year of college education and possess a minimum of 6 months of airline experience. The role requires proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or reservations and ticketing tools. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to work in rotating shifts. This position offers the opportunity to work with an international airline account and provides a competitive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers of an international airline account through various channels including phone, chat, and email.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or reservations and ticketing tools to assist customers with bookings, reservations, changes, and inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong analytical skills to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle multiple communication channels efficiently, with a preference for candidates with multi-channel experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
- Completion of at least one year of college education.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the airline industry.
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or reservations and ticketing tools is required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, including the 6 months of airline experience.
- Experience in phone, chat, or email channels; multi-channel experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
