Position: Technical/Billing Support Representative
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Available Accounts
1. Telco Technical Support
Qualifications:
▪️High School or Senior High School graduate.
▪️Experience in billing or sales is an advantage but not required.
▪️Excellent English communication skills.
▪️Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
▪️Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance for telecommunications products and services.
Diagnose and resolve technical concerns efficiently.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
Escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
2. Telco Billing Support
Qualifications:
High School or Senior High School graduate.
Preferably with at least 7 months of customer service experience in technical support or sales.
Confident communicator with excellent English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with billing concerns, payment inquiries, and account adjustments.
Explain charges, billing statements, and available service options.
Resolve billing-related issues accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards.
