The role involves using AI modeling and data analysis to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement. The position focuses on building sales intelligence, generating insights, and supporting decision-making through advanced data analytics and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process data from Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.

Analyze data to generate actionable insights supporting key business decisions.

Present findings clearly and concisely to management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) team to develop scalable analytical solutions.

Manage access to analytics tools, track usage, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in data modeling and analysis.

Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.

Experience with machine learning algorithms and applied analytics.

Strong skills in SQL or Python.

Expertise in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

5+ years of managerial or leadership experience.

Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).

Strong business acumen and attention to detail.

Good-to-Have:

Background in Data Science or Finance.

Understanding of sales processes and systems.

Knowledge of Salesforce CRMA.

Experience in software engineering.

Other Requirements:

Must not be a job hopper (less than one year per company).
