Salary: Up to PHP 27,175 Package

Overview:

EXL Service Cebu is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Auto Insurance Account under Insurance P and C Vertical. Great opportunity for candidates with driving knowledge and BPO experience.

Role: Customer Service Representative - Auto Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle auto insurance claims, inquiries, and policy-related concerns

- Assist customers with insurance coverage and processes

- Provide excellent customer service to US-based clients

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance

Qualifications:

- At least High School Graduate

- With at least 1 Year Call Center Experience

- Must have Driver's License

- Good English communication skills (B2 Level)

- Knowledge in Auto Insurance is an advantage but not required

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Willing to work night shift / shifting schedule

- Can start on October 19, 2026

Salary and Benefits:

- Basic Salary: PHP 18,500

- Complexity Allowance: PHP 3,000

- Language Allowance: PHP 3,000

- EXL Special Allowance: PHP 2,675

- Total Package: Up to PHP 27,175 per month

- HMO on Day 1 plus Life Insurance
