*Job Overview:*

EXL Service Cebu is currently hiring for our Financial / Real Estate Account. We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals with at least 1 year of BPO experience to join our growing team in Cebu City. This is a great opportunity for career growth in the Financial and Real Estate industry.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle financial and real estate-related customer inquiries

- Assist customers with account management and property-related concerns

- Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

*Qualifications:*

- At least 2nd year college completed (Undergrad 2 years)

- With at least 1 year of call center / BPO experience

- B1 High CEF level of English communication skills

- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City, Cebu

- Willing to work on shifting / night shift schedule

*Compensation and Benefits:*

- Basic salary: PHP 17,000 - 19,000 + PHP 3,000 allowance

- Up to PHP 22,000 total compensation package
