EXL Cebu is urgently hiring for Life Insurance / Healthcare Account. Excellent package for SHS grads, Nursing grads, and Medical Allied backgrounds!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide support for Life Insurance / Healthcare Account

- Handle customer inquiries professionally

- Assist with insurance and healthcare-related concerns

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSAT

*Qualifications:*

*A. Non-Nursing - Up to PHP 23K:*

- SHS Graduate or Completed 2 Years in College / 72 Units

- At least 1 Year BPO Voice Experience Required

*B. Nursing - Up to PHP 34K:*

- BS Nursing - At Least 3rd Year Undergrad or Graduate

- With or Without BPO Experience - Fresh Grads Welcome!

*C. Medical Allied - Competitive Package:*

- Any Medical Allied Course - At Least 3rd Year Undergrad or Graduate

- At Least 6 Months BPO Voice Experience Required

*General Requirements:*

- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills

- Willing to Work Onsite in Cebu City - 100% WFO

- Amenable to Shifting Schedule

- Can Start ASAP
