EXL Cebu is urgently hiring for Life Insurance / Healthcare Account. Excellent package for SHS grads, nursing grads, and medical allied backgrounds. Nursing grads can earn up to PHP 34K package.

*Job Description:*

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Life Insurance / Healthcare Account in Cebu. Open to SHS graduates, Nursing grads, and Medical Allied courses!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide support for life insurance / healthcare account

- Handle customer inquiries professionally

*Qualifications:*

*A. Non-Nursing - Up to PHP 23K:*

- SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college / 72 units

- At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

*B. Nursing - Up to PHP 34K:*

- BS Nursing - at least 3rd year undergrad or graduate

- With or without BPO experience, fresh grads welcome

*C. Medical Allied - Competitive Package:*

- Any Medical Allied course - at least 3rd year undergrad or graduate

- At least 6 months BPO voice experience required

*General Requirements:*

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City - 100% WFO

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
