*Job Description:*

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account in Bohol. No BPO experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle healthcare-related customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Utilize MS Office tools and systems to assist customers efficiently

- Document customer interactions accurately and meet performance targets

*Qualifications:*

- No BPO experience required - fresh graduates are welcome

- Good to excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service oriented, empathetic, and analytical

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet navigation

- Willing to work onsite in Bohol on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Available to start ASAP
