*Work Setup:* Full-Time, Onsite - Shifting Schedule

*About the Company:*

Join Teleperformance, the world's largest CX company, for a stable Healthcare Account in EDSA Greenfield. Up to 31K salary package.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle healthcare inquiries with empathy and professionalism

- Assist customers with benefits, claims, and account concerns

- Provide accurate information while ensuring HIPAA compliance

- Document interactions and maintain quality standards

- Meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer experience

*Qualifications:*

- HS grad (old curriculum) or SHS grad accepted

- At least 6 months BPO / CCE experience required

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield

- Open to shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
